We are thrilled to announce that we signed a lease last night for new office space at 257 Lafayette Avenue. Developed by our clients/friends Karl Frizlen and Paul Johnson, the former Catholic school has been converted to a mixed-use building that includes apartments, Karl's architecture office, a Waldorf pre-school (run by Karl's wife, Judy) and an after-school program.
